Youth Drop-Ins
Ages 10-18  
A safe, fun place for boys and girls to hang out. Activities like pool, ping pong, board games, air hockey, hoops and internet.  Check the calendar for the latest afternoon and night time drop-ins.

- Build up your resume with volunteerism & skill training

Our aim is to empower youth with job ready-ness skills and resources, supporting them with the search, maintenance, and excellence for the job of their choosing.  Our staff support youth through group faciliation, and one to one support.

Social Connections for Girls and Boys
The Quadra Village Girls and Boys Program (QVGBP) is designed to serve youth between the ages of 9-19 in the QuadraHillside community.  The program hosts two girls groups and one boys group, one for girls aged 9-11 and one for girls aged 12-19 and the boys group is 12-18.  The QVGBP focuses on recreation and mental health education and safety.  The program provides a safe environment to ensure the youth are building self-worth, connecting to the community and building relationships with each other while doing recreation in the community and learning about healthy living. The QVGBP provides the girls and boys with a sense of belonging, nurtures their ability to make healthy choices as they develop into young adults, and provides ongoing support from our professional staff team.
Junior Girls Group - Wednesdays from 615-815pm
Senior Girls Group - Wednesdays from 4-6pm
Boys Group - Saturdays from 230-430pm

Food Skills for Youth
Food Skills for Youth is a 18 week program for youth between the ages of 14-22.  During the 18 weeks youth will learn to cook amazing food, learn about starting a food cart business and FUNdraise by selling food out of the food cart.  Youth will FUNdraise to go on a amazing trip of there choice!  Youth will also learn about local food and resouces as well as they will recieve their foodsafe certificate.

Youth & Family Night
Join us on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday to enjoy a meal with your kids!  There will be activities and games for all ages.  Fun for the whole family - pool, air hockey, arts and crafts, and games!  We also have an outdoor playground for those who are interested!

Youth & Family Counsellors
School-based Youth & Family Counsellors provide support, counseling, and advocacy for youth and their families. See our staff directory for the schools we are established in and how to reach individual Youth and Family Counsellors.
Youth and Family Worker

Licenced Out of School Care (Ages 6-12)
A fun, safe environment for your children.  This program provides care after school and full time during Pro D days as well as full time during Christmas, Spring and Summer breaks. Activities include: in/outdoor games, music, arts, crafts, baking and day trips.The out of school care program picks up children from Quadra and George Jay Elementary Schools.
Camptastiq Day Camp offers fun, affordable, exciting and creative activities in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.
